Hey ewMacUser,
Dec 02, 2013 A Microsoft Lync password entry is also created in the user’s login keychain if one does not already exist. Once the Lync application is quit, the OCKeyContainerusername@company.com keychain and application password entry persist and are not automatically deleted. May 06, 2016 To get the login keychain up to date with the new password you are using for your OS X account, go to the Mac’s Applications folder, then to the Utilities folder within and open the Keychain. Mar 19, 2020 2016 Word/Excel for Mac Asking for Keychain Password I recently downloaded 2016 Office for Mac. I am getting pop-ups stating 'Microsoft Word wants to use your confidential information stored in Microsoft Identity xxxxxx in you keychain.'

I see you are getting repeated requests for access to keychaindata when launching apps from Microsoft Office 365. Is that right?
It is not clear from your post whether you have tried allowing the use of this data. If you click the 'Allow' button, does anything change? If not, I would first suggest you try repairing your keychain using Keychain First Aid. See this article - Keychain Access: If you have a problem with keychains
